Rev. James Evans III
Martha Miller is the Founder and Program Developer for No Longer Bound. Born in Philadelphia and served as a Nutrition Advocate for nearly 20 years for Penn State Cooperative Extension Services. Ms. Miller founded MC3 in 1982 and No Longer Bound the states first licensed African American owned and operated drug and alcohol prevention program in 1990. She has supervised numerous regional and national programs. Martha is a great great grandmother and advocates "any definition of a full and productive life must include service to others."
Damita Harvey, M.Ed.
Damita has worked at No Longer Bound for over 15 years. Damita has over 20 years of experience in training and education. She is a mother of 2 and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business and a Masters in Education. Damita is committed to increasing the knowledge of the next generation and broadening their outlook on their futures.
